Jitsu wa Watashi wa (Actually, I am)

Jitsu wa Watashi wa (Actually, I am) is a romantic comedy that has been serialized since 2013. It was created by Eiji Masudaa and published by Akita Shoten. Currently, there are 102 chapters of the manga and it’s still ongoing. The anime adaption was published on July 7, 2015, and it’ll end on September 29, 2015. It contains 13 episodes.

I’m happy that I was able to watch this anime series. The fact its comedy, you’ll never regret to watch because no episode that you couldn’t laugh. In fact, when I had first watched the anime. At first glance, the Jitsu wa seemed so boring, but if you could finish it until the end. I tell you, you would feel to watch it redundantly.

If you want to ask me, what’s the best episode in Jitsu wa? Hmm. I think episode 4, it’s entitled “Help the Class Rep!”. That was a story when Mikan stumbles upon the tiny form of the real Nagisa, so Asahi tries to play her off as a life-like figurine. He’s so funny, if you can only see his action together with Yoko, you would laugh at all and you’ll probably remember it. They’re so funny, especially when Asashi tries to snatch Nagisa back and hide from his friends. They’re so cute and funny. So when I watched the episode 4, I started to continue it until its end since I like a romantic comedy.

Characters:

  • Asahi Kuromine voiced by Natsuki Hanae
  • Yoko Shiragami voiced by Yū Serizawa
  • Nagisa Aizawa voiced by Inori Minase
  • Mikan Akemi voiced by Reina Ueda
  • Akane Kōmoto voiced Mao ichimichi
  • Akari Kōmoto  voiced by Emi Nitta
  • Shiho Shishido voiced by Aya Uchida / Kenichi Miya

Glimpse of Story:

The story centers a high school student named Asahi a simple person who actually cannot keep the secret. He was about to confess his feelings to Shiragami but unfortunately, he accidentally saw her wings which were Shiragami biggest secret. Can Asahi actually keep her secret? It’s a fun and clumsy vampire romantic comedy!
